Yesterday I stopped on my way home to get things we need, the typical boring bread, toilet paper.. milk.. you know. But I also stopped for construction paper, paint, glue 🙂 More fun things! When I got home, before I started dinner (which I tried a new recipe and it was ah-mazing!) we made hand turkey cards that we are going to send to Grandma in New Jersey. it was fun smearing paint all over the girls hands “Ewww this is gross” “that tickles!”

We had out neighbor pal Riley over for dinner and then they all cut out construction paper and made different pictures. 
All in all we had a nice quiet evening.
This morning I was running late because Lylah started to have one of her fits last night at 4:30am and I was able to talk her out of it and close my eyes a little before having to actually wake up, which in turn, I didn’t open my eyes til 6:45am… 45 minutes later than I should have! So I called work and warned them I was running late, got dressed, fed the kiddos, and then out the door to swing by the Dunkin Donuts drive thru (I cannot live without coffee) It was the most awesome way to start my day. The guy in front of me paid for my coffee!
I shall pay it forward today. You should too! 🙂 Tis the season!
